How to install Joulemeter on Windows

Installing Joulemeter is done in a few steps:

1. Download the "Joulemeter" by pressing the Download button
2. Click on the "Joulemeter" executable file
3. Proceed through the "Joulemeter" installation
4. When the installation is over, start the "Joulemeter"
