What is this program?
qView is an image viewer. It can be used as a standard viewer for Windows because it supports many picture formats, such as JPEG, BMP, WBMP, TIFF, GIF, ICO, and others, opens them quickly, and can be associated with files. In addition to viewing, qView can modify images slightly, for example, rotate them in different directions, mirror them, etc. The program also includes a zoom function.

The software interface contains the most necessary functions for viewing and partially editing images. For example, the "Show File Info" option displays the image name, format, location, size, resolution with megapixels, and aspect ratio. The View menu has options for resetting the zoom, viewing the image in its original size or full screen, rotating, reflecting, or mirroring the image.
With qView for Windows, you can watch a slideshow of an image folder from a tools menu. The following image loads in 5 seconds by default, but you can change this setting in the program options if necessary. The application also allows you to set the sort order (Name, The Latest Change, Size, Type, etc.).
Support for multiple formats
One of the primary advantages of qView for Windows is its support for many image formats. The program supports the following formats: JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, CUR, ICNS, ICO, JP2, JPEG, JPE, MNG, PBM, PGM, PPM, SVG, SVGZ, TIF, TIFF, WBMP, WEBP, XBM, and XPM. Web images are also available. You can paste the URL of an image to view it directly in qView. It is possible to use the context menu to access recently viewed images or to open an image folder in explorer.
