MOOS Project Viewer for Windows allows you to view and open MS Projects files even if Microsoft Project is not installed on your computer. The application can open SML, MPT, and MPP files and supports MS Project 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, and 2000. It can automatically load master projects and subprojects.

The utility lets you see baseline timelines, deadlines, and critical paths. Moreover, you can also arrange, resize, or hide columns for each view. Various criteria can filter tasks. It is possible to open files from cloud accounts, such as OneDrive, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
