Support for multiple formats

IsoBuster for Windows supports creating various images, such as *.DAO, *.TAO, *.ISO, *.BIN, *.IMG, *.CIF, *.FCD, *.NRG, *.GCD, *.P01, *.C2D, .CUE, *.CD, *.GI, and others.
