Plants vs. Zombies is a free-to-play zombie action game from Electronic Arts Corporation, which is widely popular worldwide. The game has received more than 30 Game of the Year awards. The project has 26 different types of zombies and 49 plants to kill them. The plants consist of peashooters, wall-nuts, cherry bombs, etc.

Gameplay

Plants vs. Zombies has 5 game modes - adventure, mini-games, puzzles, survival, and Zen Garden.

Adventure is the primary game mode, consisting of 5 groups of 10 levels. Winning each level gives the user a new plant to protect. Also, some levels have important notes and items (balloons, chocolate, dynamite, fertilizer, gold coins, and more).

Mini-games include 20 levels, all featuring unique etudes.

Puzzle, Survival, and Zen Garden become available after completing Adventure mode. The puzzle becomes available after purchasing the Vasebreaker, I, Zombie, and Last Stand game packs. Survival involves surviving a continuous wave of zombies. Zen Garden mode is presented in a non-competitive environment where the user can save plants gained in gameplay.
