VSD Viewer for Android is a free product for viewing your own VSD and MS-Project VSL files on your Android device.

Functionality

VSD Viewer opens/renders Visio Drawings of VSD, VDX, and VSDX formats. The built-in viewer lets you view VSL and VSD files quickly and easily, edit them, search for file names and properties, and export them to other formats.
