Hangouts turn conversations into free voice calls and charge only for landline/mobile numbers calls. To make landline and mobile calls, users need to install the Google Hangouts and Hangouts Dialer apps.

Hangouts support HD-quality video. Each user gets support for 720p stable resolution. Internet connections must be at least 3.2 Mbps for Hangouts to work correctly.

Like all other Google products, Hangouts has maximum data security. User information is not shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to Hangouts functionality, which also applies to credit determinations.
