The popular Gmail appeared on smartphones long ago, managing to gain worldwide fame as one of the best mailboxes. The app was given an inbox and can also organize messages into categories (main, social, advertising). Reply to important emails and save drafts in a separate folder for later editing.

Gmail has a spam blocker and 15 GB of free storage. Gmail also lets you use more than one account by joining Outlook.com or Yahoo Mail.

The program is pleased with the desktop version features (search bar, adding attachments to emails, and archiving tools). Additionally, you can change conversations and set a default reply message.

Basic Gmail management features

Gmail supports every new feature and integration you have on your cell phone. By adding an account to the app, the user can manage email through the phone and receive instant notifications.

Navigating the app is similar to a desktop client, supporting basic features with integrations. Manage your email directly from your mobile device.

The app will notify you of any emails that arrive in your inbox. You can also access different tags with categories. An intelligent management system independently separates primary emails from other emails (social and promotional).

With email snippets, you can move, tag, mark as unimportant, turn off sound notifications, print, and information about spam and phishing. Reply/forward messages to other users without much trouble.

Meet option

Google has integrated the Meet video conferencing service into Gmail. Don't install Meet to join conversations because it's now built into Gmail. If you get sent a link to an event, you can quickly enter it directly from your inbox. The app also has a Meet tab at the bottom of the screen to join meetings or schedule them in Google Calendar.

Conclusions

Gmail doesn't have an innovative look, but it is the best mobile email client option. The program has the same features as its desktop version, allowing you to manage your email anywhere. The Google Meet integration in Gmail is an additional option for improved service performance.
